Refund policy

If you received your products and it was damaged upon receipt or if there are any discrepancies with your order,, please contact us as soon as possible by texting or calling us at (559) 512-0193 (please text for faster service); contact us through chat on our website; or email Customer Service at customerservice@surenitysweetcreationsllc.com to discuss how we can solve any issues regressing your order.  We would be glad to discuss resolutions for you. 

In the event that you're event has been cancelled due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, these events will be evaluated at the by Surenity Sweet Creations LLC on a case by case basis and will be at the full discretion of  as to what, if any, refunds will be awarded based on common industry practices due to the fact that our products are baked fresh made to order, preparation for your order may take up to two weeks to prep and the prices of the order being in progress.

If a deposit was requested at checkout, that deposit unfortunately are NON-refundable because preparation for your order has begun.  If a refund request is place 2-weeks before the event, we cannot give a refund, but are willing to discuss other options.  Our customers are important to us.
