Shipping policy

 SHIPPING is available throughout the State of California (ONLY).  Orders are baked fresh made to order and to maintain that freshness upon arrival, any orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped out on Monday to prevent your order from sitting within the facility.

Your order is important to us, thus, we take great care in ensuring that your package arrives to you undamaged.  Order are packaged in peanut packing or bubble wrap to help prevent any issues during shipping.  We do not allow any refunds damaged orders, but please contact us immediately through our chat on our website to talk to a Live Agent or by email at customerservice@surenitysweetcreations.com upon receiving damaged items to evaluate how to resolve the issue.
