Subscriptions Cancellations

Items purchased through a subscription are charged at a recurring rate.  You will receive a email of your upcoming recurring order.  If we do not receive a cancellations for that product for any given month, we will prepare your order and will schedule your delivery date based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

* Please Note:  If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Any changes or cancellations of your subscriptions must be made no later than 3-weeks before the expected delivery date to prevent that order from being made.  If no cancellations are made, your product subscription will be prepared and delivered as previously scheduled and no refund request will be accepted.
