Terms of service
Finalizing Orders
All orders are considered FINAL 3-weeks prior to the event no changes to will be accepted. If you choose an available installment plan, all additional costs for that order must be paid in full within 3-weeks of the event. Charges inside the final 3-weeks prior to the event are due in full upon ordering.
* Please Note: All refunds are forfeited on canceled orders within the 3-weeks prior to your event due to order processing beginning, we are glad to make other accommodations and postponements.
Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled 30 days before your event. If your event has been cancelled, postponed and/or downsized due to the event of a catastrophic event and/or out of the ordinary circumstances) 3-weeks before the event, Surenity Sweet Creations LLC cannot offer a refund due you the fact the the processing of orders have begun to ensure freshness, some customized items are created or are purchased in this time. We are willing to discuss other alternatives in setting your postponement date, where applicable. If accommodations are made, the Customer will be allowed to sign a "Postponement Contract Agreement."
We will need at least 30 days notice for any changes needed to your order, this will then be evaluated by Surenity Sweet Creations LLC on a case by case basis and will be at the full discretion of Surenity Sweet Creations LLC as to what, if any, changes and/or postponements can be made or accommodated. No changes can be made to your order 3-weeks prior to the event.
If there was an anticipated cancellation and the Customer fails to notify us within 30 days prior to the event date, Surenity Sweet Creations LLC will be fulfill the order as planned and will expect these order to be picked up by the Customer.
Payment Installment Agreement
All orders $249 and below are paid in full at checkout. If you desire to make other payment arrangements for orders $250 and above, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@surenitysweetcreationsllc.com or for faster service please text us at (559) 512-0193 with the product requested. Upon receiving your request, a representative will email you a "Payment Invoice Contract" with the terms of the agreement between Surenity Sweet Creations LLC and the Customer will be required to pay a minimum 50% deposit with the full balance being paid 30 days before the event. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Order balances are due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Additions or new sign ups less than 3-weeks prior to the event require payment in ful at the time of order placement and are non-refundable with no exceptions, changes, alterations and/or cancellations.
Rush Orders
A fee will be added based on the design of our products, the quantities, and staff needed to complete the other timely will apply for ALL rush orders within (1) one week of the event to accommodate the paid overtime to complete the order in time. No refunds, exchanges and/or cancellations are available for rush orders.
Allergy Notice
At Surenity Sweet Creations LLC, we do our BEST to be careful in the preparation of all products nonetheless, we CAN NOT prevent cross contamination due to the fact that our equipment is used with allergic based ingredients and will not be held liable for any allergic reactions. Customers are required to acknowledge the Ingredients and Allergens of purchased products.
Surenity Sweet Creations LLC is a facility that prepares foods that may contain these ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soybean, peanuts and tree-nuts.
Weather and Outdoor Events
Please note all care cards included in your packaging with each order from Surenity Sweet Creations LLC upon receipt of successful shipping and local delivery of your products. Surenity Sweet Creations LLC is NOT responsible for any products being damaged from extreme weather conditions. Surenity Sweet Creations LLC will give any further care and storage instructions if you have an outdoor event.
* Please Note: Because Surenity Sweet Creations LLC is not in control of the weather (heat, wind, humidity, rain and so forth), we will stay in constant communication with the Customer regarding their order through their Client Portal in which a Representative will email you. If any discrepancies arise due to the weather near the delivery date, Surenity Sweet Creations LLC will notify the Customer of any changes needed for delivery, care, and storage of products for the anticipated delivery date. We will do all necessary to stay on top of the anticipated weather for the date of delivery of product. If Weather conditions persist, other delivery arrival time will be made regardless of the previously determined contracted time. Upon successful delivery
Surenity Sweet Creations LLC insight and guidelines to avoid adverse effects of various weather conditions as follows:
- Heat/Extreme Heat: Any weather conditions exceeding 80 degrees, we do not recommend placing products containing Buttercream, Whip Cream, or Fresh Fruit cakes can melt and therefore are not recommended for outdoor events in temperatures exceeding 80 degrees (which are common in the months May through October).
- Humidity: Surenity Sweet Creations LLC offers a recipe with a strong structure with reinforcements with a high humidity buttercream, that being said, do not store products in direct sunlight.
- Wind: Excessive wind can push product over no matter how big or small or where structures are reinforced. Please know that debris can blow into your products and can destroy the products.
- RAIN: Edible Images and Fondant can be spotted by rain and damage the decisions on products changing or melting the product and product structure.
Flowers, Toppers, Cake Stands
Surenity Sweet Creations LLC stand by our products provided. If any Customer had any specific flowers, toppers, or cake stand that they desired to use for their event, they must bring the item(s) to a Representative for prior approval of use and structure for the protection and best interest of our Customers.
If the customer fails to get prior approval for use of their flowers, toppers, and stands, Surenity Sweet Creations LLC is NOT obligated to use them if we deem that they are unsuitable for use.
Product Holding
Surenity Sweet Creations LLC provides a guarantee of delivery of products to our Customers be it pickup or delivery, thus, we do not recommend traveling with your products in your lap while driving or driving with your products in an unleveled and unsecured seats within your vehicle.
Surenity Sweet Creations LLC will not be responsible for damaged products Do not leave your products unattended in a vehicle for extended periods of time or over filled trunks or unsecured truck bed travels. We will not be responsible if products area not leveled and secured during travel or are placed around small children or animals during travel or during the preparation of or during the event. We are not responsible for damaged products due to holding the box on the sides rather than the center of the bottom of the box, etc.
Product Storage
Surenity Sweet Creations LLC provides strong structured cake recipes and high humidity buttercream, it is ok to store your products in the refrigerator or freezer until use. If placed in the freezer, allow 2 hours to defrost.
Leaving your product unrefrigerated overnight in heat over 80 degrees for extended periods of time may can cause distortions and changes in the products.
Customer Alternates & Final Approval:
To accommodate the tight schedules of our customers Frosted Cakery allows customers to choose an alternate to pick up their order. In these cases, IT IS AGREED the person picking up the product has full authority and responsibility for APPROVING all products) requirements. The Customer Alternate can point out any specific inconsistencies prior to delivery so those inconsistencies can be corrected before final approval and final delivery. Upon confirmation of the order the Customer Alternate will sign the order copy as formal approval of the finished products) and take delivery. All payments and agreements are final after this.
Delivery
It is important to complete your order to schedule your delivery. You will receive the link in your email and SMS if you opt-in to receive communication or you can schedule your delivery at https://surenitysweetcreations.hbportal.co/schedule/644a8bb91706420628568e99 to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will also have the request sent to you in your Client Portal. You may log into your Client Portal by visiting https://surenitysweetcreations.hbportal.co/app/. We require that the designated individual be present at time of delivery to accept the expected products. A contact cell phone number of the person(s) who has appropriate access to the facility must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. If Surenity Sweet Creations LLC does not have access at the agreed time and location 30 minutes after arrival, the products will be returned to Surenity Sweet Creations LLC and will be available for customer pick-up. Additional fees will apply to additional delivery efforts.
If our Customers come up on hard times due their previously scheduled delivery, the Customer must contact Surenity Sweet Creations LLC as soon as possible through their Client Portal, email, or text at (559) 512-0193 no later than 3-weeks before the event. No cancellations will be accepted later than 3-weeks before the event.
